We love it when we meet new families on our monthly Family Activity Afternoons. Last week we headed to the beach at Charmouth for some beach art and fossil fun.
Here’s what first-time ASCaper Victoria Hunt had to say about the event:
“We just wanted tell you how much we all enjoyed our first family event at Charmouth last weekend. Our little was anxious about coming but because everyone knows the score, she quickly relaxed and got stuck into the art activity. She really enjoyed combing the beach for items for creating sea monsters!
Fossiling was great fun too, with Rangers on hand to answer questions and engage the children. Little was chuffed to bits to find a whole ammonite!
A brilliant, well organised afternoon out – thank you.
ASCape is a wonderful group and we are so glad we joined – we’ve definitely found our tribe!”
