The White Lion has recently reopened under new landlords, Will and Suzanne, and offers a welcoming space for everyone. They have darts, pool, Sky Sports, and quieter snug areas where people can chat, read, craft, or play board games. The pub also has a wheelchair ramp at the back, an accessible toilet with baby changing, and is dog- and child-friendly.

All members of ASCape’s 18+ group are very welcome. For our group, I’ve booked a quiet corner where we can settle in comfortably. Board games and crafting activities will be available, and if anyone fancies, they’re welcome to try darts or pool. Support dogs are welcome, as are support friends or carers.
